1. About our products
Mili & Molo offers two kinds of products:
- Digital downloads (printable worksheets and lessons in PDF) sold and delivered through this website.
- Printed books and merchandise that are sold by third parties (such as Amazon). When you click “Buy on Amazon”, your purchase is completed on Amazon and is governed by Amazon’s own terms and policies, not ours.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments for digital products are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). By placing an order you confirm that the payment information you provide is valid and that you are authorized to use it.
3. License to use digital downloads
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own personal, non-commercial, educational use (for example, with your own children or classroom). You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or claim authorship of our files.
4. Delivery and refunds
Digital products are delivered electronically: after payment you can download them from your account and from the confirmation email. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital downloads are generally final. If a file is faulty or you did not receive your download, contact us and we will fix it or issue a refund.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, illustrations, characters, books, worksheets, logos) is owned by Mili & Molo and protected by copyright. You may not use it without permission except as allowed by the license above.
6. Third-party links
This site links to third-party stores (such as Amazon). We are not responsible for the content, products, or policies of those sites. Some links may be affiliate links.
7. Limitation of liability
Our products are provided “as is” for educational and entertainment purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Mili & Molo is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this site or its products.
